Step 1 Initial Inspection
Surface preparation is the most critical phase of the application process. You can't build a strong house without a solid foundation, and the same applies to any coating product! Your home's exterior and all surfaces that will be coated are carefully inspected.. A work order specific for your home is prepared to necessitate any needed repairs and to prepare the surfaces for the liquid vinyl application.

Step 2 Pressure
Cleaning Surfaces and Removal of Mold & Mildew
A thorough pressure cleaning by hydro blasting with a mildew remover is performed. Mold and mildew is killed and removed. Grease and surface contaminants are removed along with any loose or peeling paint, leaving a clean surface to coat.
Step 3 Patch and Repair
Rotten wood is identified and replaced with fresh lumber. After repairs are made, the area is sanded and feathered. Surface cracks and gaps are filled with a special water resistant, 50-Year filling compound.
Step 4 Scraping and Sanding
Rough surfaces are scraped and the edges are feather-sanded to give a professional appearance. Bare wood is sealed, any rust is removed and a stainblock is used for woods susceptible to bleed or staining.

Step 5 Masking and Taping
Hardware and fixtures are protected or temporarily removed. Landscaping, fencing, decking and other areas are covered to protect from splattering. Windows and doors are covered and shielded to prevent over spray. The surfaces is now ready for the bonding coat.
Step 6 Bonder Coat
A unique liquid vinyl bonder is applied to all surfaces being coated. After it has been applied, we allow 24 to 48 hours for the penetrating components in the bonder to work into the surface. The adhesive property of the bonder fuses with the substrate and serves as an extremely strong base coat for the Liquid Vinyl topcoat.
Step 7 Pre-Application Inspection
Surfaces are inspected once again prior to the application of the Liquid Vinyl Siding. Additional surfaces preparation may be performed to ensure a quality appearance.
Step 8 Installation of Liquid Vinyl Siding
The Liquid Vinyl coating is usually sprayed using commercial grade equipment but some areas may be brushed such as trim pieces. The applicators have been thoroughly trained to apply Liquid Vinyl Siding and follow rigid manufacturer requirements. The Liquid Vinyl will look like a freshly painted surface without hiding the character of the surface. Running your hand across it, it has a smooth, luxurious feel to it. It's easy to clean and stays looking fresh year after year.
Step 9 Quality Assurance Inspection
A final inspection is performed with you after the work is completed. We guarantee complete satisfaction with the quality of workmanship and appearance of the product. Your home will be left with a durable finish that looks rich and satiny and able to protect your home from the harshest of weather conditions.
Step 10 30-Year Warranty (transferable)
Your dealer will complete the paperwork to have your 30-year warranty mailed to you from the manufacturer giving you the peace of mind of knowing that your home is protected and may never need painting again. The warranty covers 100% replacement and is fully transferable. Liquid Vinyl not only beautifies your home, but is a smart investment as well. You will be amazed at the increased value Liquid Vinyl Siding can add to a home and it will certainly pay for itself many times over.
